Cancellation policy

Cancellation & Offboarding Policy: To cancel enrollment at AIAC, students must complete the official Offboarding Form. Verbal, text, phone, or email cancellations will not be accepted. All requests require five (5) business days to process and must be submitted at least five business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for two additional cycles. All students will be billed at least once more after submitting the form, and depending on timing, may be billed twice. No cancellations will be backdated. Students retain access through the end of their final paid cycle, and access to materials will end at that point. Billing Date Policy: Your billing date is set when you sign up—not when you begin attending. Even if you delay starting classes, you'll be charged on that same calendar date each month. Billing dates cannot be changed after enrollment. Refund Policy: AIAC does not offer proration or refunds for mid-cycle cancellations, including AIAC Sponsored Workshops. AIAC's Workshops/Classes/Seminars/Events are for educational purposes only. We cannot and do not guarantee any work, auditions, castings or financial gains from participation in our training.
